Candidate Requirement: Bachelors Degree Total 5+ years of retail experience in the fashion industry, min 2 years of experience as a store manager or assistant store manager handled a team of 5+ people. Expert in Microsoft office. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. Exceptional customer service orientation with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Strong team leadership skills to lead and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction and conflict resolution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Proficiency in store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management. Understanding of inventory management and loss prevention.
