SUMMARY Retail Sales Associate The Retail Sales Associate will represent, manage & sell TEGO products at ShopperStop location. You will be posted at mutually agreed ShoppperStop Location as brand’s representative. This role will contribute significantly to overall presence & sales of TEGO’s brand and product at ShopperStop store. What You’ll Do Engage Every Customer: Enthusiastically attend to every walk - in customer, ensuring an excellent first impression. Understand & Assist: Connect with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect products. Highlight Promotions: Keep customers in the loop about the latest promotions and offers. Boost Sales: Elevate each sale by skillfully cross - selling and up - selling to maximize ticket size. Achieve Targets: Set your sights high and strive to smash the sales targets for your section. Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory processes, ensuring timely closures. Showcase Products: Receive and display stocks on the floor following visual merchandising norms. Maintain Displays: Keep displays immaculate, with perfect ironing, folding, and color blocking. Keep It Clean: Ensure your section is always spotless and presentable. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service that leaves every customer delighted. Gather Feedback: Actively seek customer feedback through suggestion forms and tablets, showing that their opinion matters. Tag Merchandise: Ensure 100% tagging of all merchandise for security. Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and complete all online certifications on time. Requirements Eligibility Criteria 2 - 3 years of retail sales experience. Premium fashion & sports brand experience is plus but not must. Graduate Degree, any gender, maximum age of 31 years. Good (Intermediate / Advanced) English skills Ideally have less than 1 hour of commute to the location posted. Benefits SALARY is based on last drawn salary upto 25k CTC
