Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Apparel Designer at Ink.Company, located in Patna. The Apparel Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating designs for t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel while maintaining a balance between creativity and functional wearability. Daily tasks will include selecting appropriate textiles, working on garment fitting and trims, collaborating with the production team to ensure designs meet quality standards, and staying updated on current fashion trends. Additionally, the role will involve working closely with clients to understand their branding needs and delivering designs that align with their vision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design and familiarity with current industry trends
• Strong knowledge of Textiles and Trims and their application in apparel design
• Understanding of garment Fitting and construction techniques
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to align design with brand identity
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment on-site
• Previous experience in designing customized apparel is a plus
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is advantageous
