Apparel Designer / Senior Designer

Role Overview: As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for developing tech packs based on design and style requirements. Your role will involve creating fabric and concept decks tailored to research findings and client specifications, including seasonal variations or specific requests. It will be crucial for you to produce detailed tech packs and high-quality samples, as well as create cads using essential tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD-based software. Key Responsibilities: - Develop tech packs and design-based styles - Generate fabric and concept decks based on research and client needs - Create clear and detailed tech packs for high-quality samples - Produce cads using Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software - Ensure initial fitting and design integrity of developed samples - Collaborate with the tech team on fabric propositions - Maintain data records of design-stage information - Develop concepts, fabrics, trims, and samples while considering costs - Provide risk analysis insights during the development process - Communicate effectively with vendors and clients - Follow up on pending information and development tasks - Communicate with clients during the interface phase Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) - Experience in buying and understanding market trends and customer needs - Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and creativity - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - 8-10 years of experience in the field - Specialization in Women's fashion, both knit and woven categories,
