We are seeking a detail-oriented App/Website Tester to join our team full-time at our office. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough testing of our web and mobile applications to ensure they meet high standards of quality, usability, and functionality before deployment. This role plays a crucial part in upholding user satisfaction and product reliability. Your main responsibilities will include performing functional, usability, regression, and performance testing on websites and mobile applications. You will need to effectively identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and usability issues to ensure clear communication. Collaboration with developers, designers, and product managers will be essential to grasp project requirements and testing objectives. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts, tracking bug resolution, and verifying fixes promptly. It will also be part of your role to simulate real-world usage conditions and conduct manual testing across various devices, browsers, and operating systems. Keeping testing documentation up to date and contributing to the enhancement of QA best practices will also be expected. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software/app/website testing. A solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes is essential, along with experience in testing across different browsers, devices, and operating systems. Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with a good grasp of SDLC and Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment are also crucial. Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with mobile app testing on iOS and Android devices, will be advantageous for this role.,
