As a full-time Android Software Engineer at our company, you will be an integral part of the Mobile team, driving new innovations and creating exceptional user experiences. Your primary focus will be on developing applications for the Android platform using native Android (Java). We are looking for an individual with a solid background in developing user interfaces and integrating backend services on Android. Your role and responsibilities will include designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to introduce new features, addressing bugs and enhancing application performance, and managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will also be expected to stay updated on the latest technologies to enhance development efficiency and have experience in launching applications through the App store. To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Java-based Android (Native) development and possess a strong knowledge of various Android components such as Recycler View, Card View, List View, Broadcast receiver, and more. Additionally, you should have expertise in SQL, SQLite, Mockito, Retrofit, Android Jetpack components, Firebase, MySQL, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML integration, local storage, LeakCanary, RxJava, and a deep understanding of the Android SDK. Experience with MVVM, MVC, MVP architectures, working with third-party libraries and APIs, social APIs, web service integration, custom UI components, memory management, CPU usage, and app size optimization will be beneficial for this role.
