As the Marketing Deputy Manager/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, consistency, and digital excellence. Leading the Copywriting, Design, and Social Media verticals through their respective team leads, you will ensure all marketing outputs align with business objectives, brand identity, and performance goals. This role requires strong strategic thinking, creative oversight, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful, timely, and cohesive brand experiences across all customer touchpoints. You will be responsible for strategic leadership and team management, including mentoring team leads, aligning efforts with brand vision, overseeing content calendar planning, and fostering a collaborative team culture. Additionally, you will own and evolve the brand's narrative, voice, and visual identity, translating customer insights and market trends into strategic brand actions while ensuring consistent messaging across digital, offline, and owned platforms. Your role will also involve defining monthly brand themes, reviewing and approving campaign briefs and creatives, leading user-generated content, influencer content, and community engagement strategies. You will plan and execute influencer campaigns, drive visibility through high-impact publications, and ensure brand consistency across all content and visuals. Collaborating with Product, Tech, and Design teams, you will oversee website and app updates, ensuring alignment with CRO initiatives, SEO goals, and business needs. You will define and track key performance indicators, lead monthly performance reviews, and provide insights to optimize strategy and team output. Additionally, you will be responsible for project and workflow management, ensuring projects are tracked and executed efficiently and coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies. By implementing best practices in content production, encouraging innovation, and driving a test-learn-iterate mindset, you will promote process excellence and creativity within the marketing team. Your qualifications should include a postgraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a consumer or D2C brand. Proven leadership experience in managing creative, content, and social media functions, strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign planning, and brand strategy, as well as experience with website/app UX, marketplace coordination, and performance marketing tools are essential. Excellent project management, cross-functional communication, and leadership skills will be crucial for success in this role.,
