Job Description

As a Low Code Engineer at Microsoft, you will be part of the Business & Industry Copilots group, a rapidly growing organization responsible for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and more. You will be at the forefront of designing and delivering business applications in a cloud-enabled world. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Agentic System Development** - Build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. - Leverage Azure AI Foundry for prompt flows and manage deployments via Azure DevOps CI/CD. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into program requirements and technical specifications. - Design and implement agentic workflows with a prototype-first mindset for early feedback. - **Data Engineering & Analytics** - Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse/Fabric. - Perform data preparation, transformation, and analysis with SQL. - Craft and maintain effective prompts for reliable agent behavior. - Design automation workflows using Power Automate Flows. - Track adoption, success, and engineering metrics of deployed solutions. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field. - **Experience:** - 1-3 years in data analytics or data engineering. - Approximately 1-year hands-on experience with agent development tools such as Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Foundry. - Strong skills in SQL/Python. - Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps. - **Soft Skills:** - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
