Role Overview: You will be joining the PeopleSoft Finance team at Dassault Systmes Solutions Lab Private Ltd, Pune. As a PeopleSoft developer with experience in the Finance Domain, you will play a crucial role in Design, Development, Support, and end user activities within various streams under the Finance domain. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities. You will collaborate with colleagues from around the world on challenging projects for international businesses. Role & responsibilities We are looking for a technically sound Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with foundational knowledge of PeopleSoft tools and customization. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and maintaining custom solutions for PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM modules. Key Responsibilities: Support development and customization of PeopleSoft components (Application Engine, SQR, PeopleCode, BI Publisher, etc.) Work on technical upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution. Create and manage reports and interfaces between PeopleSoft and external systems. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Technical Skills Required: Basic understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and tools. Hands-on with PeopleCode , Application Engine , Component Interface , SQR , and App Designer . Familiarity with Integration Broker , PeopleSoft Security , and BI Publisher . SQL/PLSQL and relational database concepts. Good to Have: Exposure to PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM modules. Understanding of Upgrade/Migration tools (Data Mover, Change Assistant). Experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus.
