App Automation Eng Specialist

As an App Automation Eng Specialist at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in designing and architecting end-to-end automation solutions utilizing various technologies such as RPA (specifically A360 and UiPath), OCR, AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with clients, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of intelligent automation solutions that deliver tangible business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of intelligent automation solutions - Define technical standards, best practices, governance models, and develop solution design documents (SDDs) and technical design documents (TDDs) for automation programs - Identify and document Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and infrastructure requirements - Conduct code reviews, quality checks, and troubleshooting for automation solutions - Collaborate with AI/ML, Data Science, and GenAI teams to integrate Agentic AI and Machine Learning models into automation workflows - Ensure scalable, high-performing automation solutions by working closely with business and IT teams - Provide technical mentorship to developers and ensure alignment with automation strategies - Drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation technologies and frameworks Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 7 to 11 years of experience in the field About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
