The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. What are we looking for - Expertise in RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.- Advanced knowledge of AI, machine learning, and OCR technologies.- Strong coding skills in Python, C#, or similar languages for custom integrations and enhancements.- Proficiency in integrating OCR solutions like ABBYY, Tesseract, Google Vision, or AWS Textract with RPA platforms.- Ability to design scalable automation architectures that use AI for cognitive tasks.-Stakeholder management-Good communicationFlexible Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered RPA solutions.- Oversee the integration of OCR technology to handle unstructured data within RPA workflows.- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.- Conduct performance tuning and ensure that the AI/OCR systems are scalable, reliable, and performant.- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex automation issues.
