The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing course materials, conducting research, guiding students, and participating in academic committees. The role also involves evaluating student performance, assisting in curriculum development, and contributing to the academic community. This is an on-site role located in Kanpur. Qualifications Excellent teaching, mentoring, and student engagement skills Ability to conduct in-depth research and scholarly activities Strong organizational and curriculum development skills Proficiency in using educational technology and tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with academic colleagues Experience in publishing academic papers and journals is a plus Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant field
