Role Description We are looking for an FPGA Design Engineer to design and develop FPGA-based solutions using VHDL. You will work with Xilinx FPGA platforms, utilizing tools such as Vivado, Libero SoC, and Questasim to create and verify complex digital designs. Your role will involve implementing communication protocols (1553B, RS422, RS232, serial, parallel and other protocols), optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Master’s preferred). Proven experience with Xilinx FPGAs and HDL design Proficiency with Vivado, Libero SoC, and Questasim. Strong understanding of communication protocols and timing analysis. Experience in 1553B, RS422, RS232, ARINC 429 or AFDX protocols are a major plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Head of Accounts and Finance to lead our finance function and support the organization’s strategic growth. The role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights to aid decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and experience in managing diverse financial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the finance and accounts team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Finalize accounts and audits in compliance with Local GAAP. Analyze and present financial performance metrics to the executive team. Oversee direct and indirect tax matters, including planning, compliance, and assessments. Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury activities, and fund requirements. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including RBI, FEMA, and other applicable acts. Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions. Review and strengthen internal controls, compliance, and financial processes. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering professional development and collaboration. Qualifications & Skills Chartered Accountant ( CA ) with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience . Proven experience in handling audits, taxation, and compliance in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury management, and internal controls. Proficiency in working with ERP systems and advanced skills in Excel, Word, and related IT tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
