Job Summary: The Accountant is responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The role ensures the company’s financial records are accurate and compliant with laws and regulations, supporting smooth financial operations and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day financial records and ledgers. Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare trial balance. Ensure timely posting of all invoices, receipts, payments, and adjustments. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. 2. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Prepare MIS reports as per company requirements. 3. Taxation & Compliance Manage GST, TDS, and income tax filing and compliance. Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and government regulations. 4. Banking & Payments Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS). Monitor daily cash flow and fund management. Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, BGs, and other financial instruments. 5. Payroll & HR Coordination Process employee salaries, deductions, and reimbursements. Maintain employee financial records and coordinate with HR for statutory compliances (EPF, ESI, etc.). 6. Other Responsibilities Support preparation of project reports or financial proposals when required. Liaise with auditors, vendors, and clients on financial matters. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial data. Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) Experience: 2–5 years (or as per role requirement) in accounting or finance Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP /Tally Prime/ MS Excel Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPFO, Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Time management and organizational abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Remuneration: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
