Location : Bengaluru, India (Work from Office 5 Days a Week) About the Opportunity : We are looking to expand our F5 team and are hiring experienced professionals for the roles of F5 Platform Administrator (4+ years). If you have hands-on experience managing F5 BIG-IP platforms (LTM, GTM, ASM, APM), a strong understanding of network protocols, and expertise in automation and cloud deployments, we encourage you to apply! Mandatory certifications are required to ensure platform and service excellence. Key Responsibilities : Depending on experience level, responsibilities will include : - Manage and maintain F5 BIG-IP environments (LTM, GTM, ASM, APM). - Design, configure, and optimize iRules, VIPs, Pools, Health Monitors, and Traffic Policies. - Perform upgrades, patches, troubleshooting, and daily operational tasks. - Automate F5 configurations using tools like Ansible or Python. - Lead and mentor F5 teams (for senior-level candidates). - Architect complex F5 solutions for on-premises and cloud environments. - Collaborate with network and security teams for seamless deployments. - Act as an escalation point for critical incidents (for Leader role). - Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures. Role: Project Manager Shift: Cross over ( 3 PM till 12 AM IST) What youll do: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, managing them from initiation to business-as-usual transition. Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear project objectives are met. Use your knowledge of project management tools and methodologies to maintain control over project scope, change control, and risk management. Track resources, budgets, and project schedules to ensure efficient project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Support the IS&T Governance processes and prepare regular progress reports. Actively champion IS&T Project Delivery Processes, templates, and best practices. Collaborate closely with the wider IS&T team to share knowledge and drive project excellence. What you bring: A professional qualification such as PMI, APM, PRINCE2, or AgilePM, with at least 5 years experience in full lifecycle project management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and standards such as ITIL and ISO. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage project teams and create a cohesive work environment. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with budget management, cost control, and risk assessment within project contexts.
