As a QA Tester, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative solutions. Your expertise in software testing and meticulous attention to detail will enable you to identify issues, enhance performance, and elevate user experience. Collaborating closely with a skilled and supportive team, you will contribute to dynamic projects within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include executing manual and automated test cases to verify the quality of web and mobile applications. You will be tasked with identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA or similar platforms. Working alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure comprehensive test coverage by understanding requirements and performing functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across various environments. Additionally, you will assist in the maintenance and updating of test documentation, including test plans and test cases. Supporting the QA team in enhancing testing processes and methodologies, you will actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings as part of the Agile/Scrum process. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies. Hands-on experience in manual testing is required, while exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter is advantageous. Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar systems is essential. You should be capable of crafting clear and concise test cases and reports, with experience in testing web and/or mobile applications. Knowledge of APIs and proficiency in tools like Postman are preferred, along with basic understanding of version control systems like Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with keen attention to detail, are key attributes for this role. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment are crucial. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes is highly valued.
