· Professional fluency in English. · Excellent presentation & communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly. · Strong proficiency in Java , Spring Framework (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.) , Hibernate , RESTful APIs , and Microservices Architecture . · Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms. · Experience with Git, version control, and debugging tools . · Knowledge of SQL and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). · Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles. · Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide practical solutions. · Openness to feedback, continuous improvement, and iterations. · Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to student success. Responsibilities : · Conduct Java and Spring boot training sessions for students, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience. · Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, coding exercises, and hands-on projects. · Assist in designing curriculum and training materials. · Conduct live sessions, hands-on coding workshops, and practical labs to help students understand Java and Spring boot concepts effectively. · Address students doubts and provide clear, structured explanations to simplify complex topics. · Provide real-world project-based training to help students gain industry-ready skills. · Offer constructive feedback on student projects and guide them on best practices. · Monitor student progress, provide mentorship, and support their career growth. · Organize group discussions and coding challenges to encourage peer-to-peer learning.
