We are looking for motivated individuals who have a strong drive to lead others towards delivering quality work. As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include project management, client communications, requirements gathering, and ensuring timely project delivery. Your day-to-day tasks will involve directly interacting with clients to gather project requirements, preparing documentation such as DFD and FSD, managing project scope, and handling change requests. You will be expected to provide innovative solutions to technical issues at the project level and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you will need to constantly monitor and identify inter-team skill training requirements for improvement. You will be responsible for offering technical assistance within the team, engaging in client discussions to explore additional business opportunities, and providing regular reports on project mapping, lifecycle, and final delivery to clients. Moreover, you will liaise with the project team to ensure projects are delivered as per scheduled milestones, focusing on aspects such as risk, quality, and timeliness. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years of team management experience. Candidates must possess strong expertise in managing Dot Net technologies, with hands-on experience in CMS and Ecommerce platforms. Proficiency in API integrations, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are essential for this role. Experience in Microsoft.Net Framework, ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL Server, ADO.NET, Visual Studio, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Web Services creation, and integration is required. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and implementing high-quality software projects. Experience in client relationship management, project coordination, and delivery management in an onsite-offshore model is highly valued. Possessing PMP certification and Microsoft certification will be considered as added advantages for this position.,
