As a software engineer, you will be required to have a solid understanding of software engineering processes such as design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile, and dev-ops. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements to develop database solutions for Health Care and Reporting systems. You will be leading multiple projects and transforming technology towards modernization. It is essential that you have a strong engineering background to lead developmental efforts and drive modern technology acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). In addition, the role requires good mentorship skills to lead teams effectively. You will also be responsible for providing support for Service Availability, Stability, and application performance, including being available for production deployments and troubleshooting during off hours and weekends. Qualifications: - 4-6 years of experience with Java/J2EE (FSE Spring boot Apps, Angular UI) - 5 years of experience in Microservices Architecture - 4 years of experience with Spring, REST, API/Graph QL - 3 years of experience with Oracle, My SQL - 3 years of experience with CI/CD Tools, Docker, Kubernetes (DevOps) - Strong experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirements - Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams - Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills - Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles - Flexible to work in different shifts and ability to take on-call responsibility in rotation Nice to Have: - Exposure to Mainframe - Experience in the healthcare industry and Clinical systems - Ability to establish repeatable processes, best practices, and implement version control software, automated testing, and deployment - Experience with Rally/Agile tools About Us: The job location is in Hyderabad, Telangana, IN.,
