As a Principal Solution Hands-On Consultant, you will play a crucial role as a technical leader, responsible for creating and implementing cloud-based solutions for our clients. You will serve as a key point of escalation and subject matter expert for technical teams facing challenges, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently. Collaboration with stakeholders from various teams will be essential to provide strategic guidance and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. Your expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, and modern software development practices will be instrumental in fostering trust, achieving high customer satisfaction, building strong partnerships, and delivering excellence in project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expert-level understanding of APIM principles, Cloud Foundations, API Traffic Patterns, and Security. Taking ownership of existing ecosystems and ensuring accountability for their continued success. - Conducting Design Workshops for Apigee X & Apigee Hybrid, addressing the needs of Cloud, Network, Security, and Application Development teams. - Leading Cloud Landing Zone and Cloud Networking sessions for GCP, including documentation, finalization, and design implementation. - Designing, developing, and governing Apigee API Proxies, Sharedflows, and Microservices on Spring framework and Node.js. - Providing advanced expertise in creating detailed platform implementation plans, guiding program and project management for successful execution. - Supporting Sales and Account Management teams with pre-sales activities such as Discovery, RFP Response, Technical Proposal development, and SOW Estimations. In terms of Problem Management and Resolution, you will be expected to: - Utilize advanced hands-on experience to troubleshoot issues in Traffic Flow and provide support to the team as required. - Demonstrate expert-level understanding of Apigee APIM Platform Troubleshooting, Problem identification, Debugging, and Incident Resolution. - Possess expert hands-on experience in data and http traffic analysis for problem identification and mitigation. - Understand debugging and tracing applications in a containerized and distributed ecosystem environment. Regarding Cloud Platforms, you should have: - Extensive experience with at least two of GCP/AWS/Azure, including designing Cloud Landing Zones and Hybrid-Cloud Infrastructure like Kubernetes. - Ability to document information for various users ranging from C-Level executives to Platform Engineers. - Advanced experience in troubleshooting issues on Cloud platforms. In Software Development, you are expected to have: - Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, NoSQL, REST, SOAP, gRPC, Event-Driven Architecture, and Node.js. - Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and development using Spring Boot. - Solid understanding of API integration technologies and best practices. - Understanding of K8 based Application development and Deployment on cloud platforms like AWS EKS, GCP GKE, Azure AKS, Rancher, or RedHat Open Shift. - Familiarity with Application Performance management tools such as DataDog, DynaTrace, Google Cloud Monitoring, and AWS Cloud Watch for tracing and monitoring distributed applications. For DevOps & CI/CD, you should have: - Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. - Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. - Knowledge of application logging & alerting based on SLIs and SLOs in AWS/GCP/AKS/On-prem environments. - Advanced knowledge of CVE Management and Golden Image Creation best practices.
