Other Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or operational roles. - Proficiency in planning, resource management, communication, and problem-solving. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects. - Knowledge of compliance standards, vendor management, and logistics operations. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
