The AI Prompter is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of AI projects within the content domain to meet business needs. You should be passionate about artificial intelligence, with profound expertise in AI tooling. As a native English speaker, you must be capable of testing various prompts and documenting their qualitative and monetary outcomes. It is essential that you have knowledge in API integrations and firsthand experience in contributing to the implementation of an API-based project. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication of complex technical concepts are key aspects of this role. You will be responsible for providing insights on AI-related projects within the content domain, focusing on efficiency and scalability. Your core tasks will include crafting and optimizing AI prompts to enhance model performance and user interaction, conducting rigorous AI research to remain abreast of industry trends, and collaborating with development teams to integrate AI functionalities via APIs. Additionally, documenting and presenting research findings and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of AI systems, as well as actively participating in project release and testing processes to meet expected requirements, are crucial aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or have equivalent hands-on job experience. It is essential to have firsthand experience in automated AI development and implementation, as well as in IT development projects, preferably in the eCommerce sector. Proven expertise in using multiple AI tools and platforms, strong experience in designing and optimizing AI prompts for various use cases, and extensive knowledge of API integration and management are required. Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and apply its outcomes to real-world applications, along with exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken, to explain complex AI concepts clearly, are essential competencies for this role. In terms of soft skills, you should possess excellent English skills, both in spoken and written English, in a clear, fluent, and precise manner. Additionally, being agile and able to act as the scrum master to align value, priority, and rank of expectations, estimate time and impediments, scheme tasks into short time frames, and adapt to changes is important. Your problem-solving skills should enable you to act promptly in case of system malfunctions. Effective communication and coordination with the tech team, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities are also crucial for success in this role.,
