As a seasoned RPA Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, architecting, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions with a primary focus on Blue Prism. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of automation projects, from feasibility assessments to business case development. You will collaborate closely with business analysts to translate automation requirements into robust architectural designs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization throughout the process. Your expertise in programing and configuring robots, particularly with Blue Prism, will be instrumental in meeting the diverse needs of both internal and external stakeholders. Your adept problem-solving skills and exceptional logical thinking will be put to the test as you lead the development of RPA solutions and navigate the technical complexities of automation projects. Documenting these complex solutions comprehensively and communicating their technical benefits effectively to stakeholders at all levels will be essential aspects of your role. Your strong technical expertise within the Blue Prism RPA framework, coupled with your proficiency in c# and VB.NET, will set you up for success in completing functional and technical designs, coding, unit testing, and documentation. To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, accompanied by at least 10 years of experience in the field. A demonstrated track record of specialized experience in RPA, specifically with Blue Prism, and a history of leading multiple end-to-end RPA implementations will be crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies, including Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, and Web Services, as well as hands-on experience in Excel, Macros, and various automation technologies such as UiPath, will be advantageous. Your familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and other automation technologies, combined with your knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence, will position you as a valuable asset in driving automation initiatives forward.,
