You are a Testing - Quality Assurance Engineer at Prodapt, responsible for understanding, defining, and executing testing protocols to ensure successful delivery of client projects. Your role involves identifying and rectifying issues in the testing environment. It is crucial for you to embody Prodapt's core values and actively contribute to the company's overarching vision. The ideal candidate will be based in Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad. As a Testing - Quality Assurance Engineer, your primary responsibilities include: - Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end Salesforce testing, supported by 4-6 years of experience. - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in software development. - Extensive background in Software Quality Engineering (QE) and a solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Proven track record in end-to-end Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes. - Competency in utilizing Test Management Tools like JIRA, Zephyr, XRAY, or ADO. - Expertise in Salesforce Journey skills, encompassing comprehensive functional testing for downstream application validation. - Knowledge of API validations to ensure smooth data exchange with upstream/downstream systems. - Proficiency in integrating API automation scripts for end-to-end automation. - Strong communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Additional skills that would be beneficial for this role: - Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium and AI Tap. - Salesforce certifications are advantageous. - Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools. - Proficiency in SQL for data validation and manipulation. Requirements for this position: - A Bachelor's degree in any field. - MSc/BE/Masters with a specialization in IT/Computer Science is desired. - 4-6 years of relevant work experience. - Experience in multi-channel delivery projects would be an added advantage. - Knowledge of software testing, including test processes, artifacts, and deliverables, with a focus on Salesforce testing. - Understanding of the Telecom Domain, specifically OSS/BSS knowledge. - Familiarity with JIRA, test management tools, and defect management tools. - Basic knowledge of SQL and Telecom.
