You will be responsible for implementing and managing technical queries, as well as troubleshooting during merchant integration with MPGS. Your role will involve providing on-the-ground support, logging requests, and updating the Client team on project execution status through coordination with internal Product & CIS teams. Additionally, you will manage urgent production technical support with the Gateway Support team and address specific technical challenges faced by the Client. Regular reviews on MPGS with the Client on open projects and tickets will be conducted by you. You will also be responsible for providing brief platform-specific technical training on MPGS features as needed and assisting the Client in filling various MPGS request forms related to the gateway. Support and maintenance of the full MPGS configuration cycle of non-corporate merchant organizations as per the Onboarding Guide will be under your purview. Furthermore, you will manage access rights and issue relevant accesses to different levels of non-corporate merchant organizations, as well as share incident reports provided by the BizOps team, describing the cause and corrective measures taken for each incident. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience. You should be able to support project completions and solve customer queries within the company's TTI time. Your top 3 skills should include merchant gateway support experience and API understanding.
