1) Expertise in identification techniques using Mass, NMR, HPLC, GC, and IR 2) Expertise in handling of various Cryogenic, Pyrophoric or Hazardous Chemicals. 3) Ability to work on new molecules. 4) Ability to handle multi step synthesis. 5) Calibration of equipment related to downstream processing. 6) Responsible for conducting experiments. 7) Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Process Intensification technologies including flow chemistry to reduce cost, reduce waste, improve yield. 8) Assess and manage process risks arising from scale or process changes. 9) Improve Process safety by training plant personnel and working on safety improvement projects. 10) Competency to deliver on time bound projects.
