API Production Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor day-to-day API manufacturing operations as per approved Batch Production Records (BPR/BMR).
• Ensure production activities comply with cGMP, WHO, FDA, and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise and control processes such as reaction, filtration, centrifugation, drying, distillation, and purification.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all production documents including BMR, SOPs, logs, and equipment cleaning records.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and EHS teams for batch approval, material clearance, and process compliance.
• Handle production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, scrubbers, and condensers.
• Monitor critical process parameters (CPPs) and critical quality attributes (CQAs).
• Participate in deviation investigation, CAPA preparation, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of raw materials, intermediates, and finished APIs.
• Implement process improvements, yield enhancement, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure safe working practices and adherence to EHS guidelines (HAZOP, PPE compliance, chemical safety).
• Support validation activities including process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification.
• Maintain production shift reports and ensure timely completion of batches.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
