Full-stack developer · Start Date: Immediate · Location: My Design Minds, RZ-16, Third Floor, Mahindra Park, Near Hero Showroom, Uttam Nagar, Delhi (110059) · Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 · Job Type: Full-time · Experience: 0-2 years Qualifications & Skills 1–2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer Strong in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js or Next.js Hands-on with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL Proficient in RESTful API design and JSON workflows Experience using Git/GitHub for version control Solid understanding of backend architecture and data structures Familiarity with responsive web design and performance optimization Comfortable with basic DevOps tasks: deployment, debugging, cloud setup Awareness of security best practices, particularly for sensitive data Frontend: React, Next.js (App Router), Tailwind CSS, Context API, TypeScript Backend: Node.js, Express.js, JWT, NextAuth Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Prisma ORM Tooling: Turborepo, Zod, Redis, Resend, Multer Others: WebSocket, LLM Integration (OpenAI or similar), Git, REST APIs Deployment: Vercel (Frontend), Render (Backend) Roles and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of the NaukriScore web platform (frontend & backend) Design and deploy secure, scalable RESTful APIs for diverse stakeholders Implement efficient database architectures to manage user data, scores, and reports Build clean, responsive UI using React or Next.js Integrate user roles and access management (admin, employer, job seeker) Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations (e.g., Aadhaar masking, KYC encryption) Collaborate with cross-functional teams: designers, business strategists, QA Write modular, maintainable, and well-documented code Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar) Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, messaging services, etc.) Set up and manage DevOps pipelines including CI/CD, version control, and backups.
