The ideal candidate will possess: Lead the development of ServiceNow IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Oversee the development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform. Stay current with ServiceNow updates and enhancements, recommending improvements to existing processes. Develop and maintain documentation for technical designs, processes, and procedures. Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of solutions.
