The role objective is to scale HLE Glascoats international business to INR 100 Crores annually over the next 3 years. As a key driver of the export growth strategy, you will lead Sales & Marketing initiatives across global markets in the Filtration-Drying and Glass-Lined Equipment segments. You will hold the designation of Manager / Senior Manager / AGM based on experience. This role is an Individual Contributor position and you will report to the Vice President of International Markets. The key markets targeted for this role include North America, Latin America, Western & Eastern Europe, South East Asia, Israel, Egypt, and Russia. Your core responsibilities will involve driving international sales for HLE Glascoats existing product portfolio, developing and managing customer relationships across target geographies, leading marketing initiatives, and business development efforts, as well as ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability, and collection targets. The success of this role will be measured based on International Sales Growth, Profitability, Collections, and Receivables. To be eligible for this position, you must have 12-16 years of International Sales experience in Chemical and API industries. An Engineering Degree is mandatory for this role, and prior experience as a Process Engineer in the Chemical Industry is preferred.,
