As a Quality Automation Specialist based in India, you will play a crucial role in undertaking and enabling automated testing activities across all delivery models. Your responsibilities will include supporting teams in developing quality solutions, ensuring continuous integration, and assuring defect-free deployment of customer value. This role offers exposure to professional development opportunities as you collaborate closely with feature teams and various stakeholders. You will be contributing to the transformation of testing by implementing quality processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity. Your focus will be on embedding repeatable, constant, and consistent quality throughout the idea to value lifecycle, aiming to reduce costs or time to market. Working collaboratively with colleagues at different levels and across teams, you will integrate quality into all activities as an essential component. Key Responsibilities: - Support the design of automation test strategies aligned with business or program goals. - Evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and innovative testing products and solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders and feature teams to ensure automated testing is integral to planning and product delivery. - Design and develop a low-maintenance suite of stable, reusable automated tests for end-to-end testing within and across domains and systems. - Apply testing and delivery standards by understanding the product development lifecycle and compliance requirements. Skills Required: - Minimum eight years of experience in automated testing within an Agile development or CI/CD environment. - Proficiency in quality strategy, planning, testing design, and execution. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. - Familiarity with AWS, Rest Assured, Postman, API Fortress, TestNG, Selenium, Grasshopper, and Cucumber, along with knowledge of the banking domain. - Background in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks. - Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to management colleagues. - Experience in functional and non-functional testing types such as system, system integration, user, load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration, and back-out.
