What we are looking for: Role: Solution Architect We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions across various product lines. You will play a critical role in translating complex business needs into cohesive technology architectures while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product, and client-facing stakeholders. Location: Bangalore (On site) Experience Required: 7-10 years What youll do: Architecture & Design Own end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale, cloud-native applications (primarily on AWS/GCP). Design robust APIs, data models, and integration blueprints. Ensure systems are scalable, performant, and fault-tolerant across a multi-product environment. Technical Leadership Guide engineering teams on design best practices, patterns, and technology choices. Provide technical oversight during the entire SDLCfrom discovery to deployment. Conduct architecture reviews, code audits, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs). Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers to align architectural decisions with product strategy. Interface with clients and internal product teams to assess requirements and propose tailored solutions. Collaborate with DevOps and Security to align on CI/CD, observability, and compliance. Innovation & Governance Evaluate emerging technologies and advise on adoption. Contribute to architectural standards and technical governance practices. Drive reusability through common services and frameworks across products. Our ideal candidate: 710 years of progressive experience in software engineering and architecture. Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first design. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless paradigms. Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java). Solid understanding of data architectureSQL, NoSQL, caching, stream processing. Prior experience in building platforms/SaaS applications at scale. Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS design and security models. Familiarity with AI/ML deployment pipelines or edge computing is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Build AI-enabled, API-first product experiences in close collaboration with Engineering, UX, and Data Science teams. Define and drive the roadmap, and execution of merchant lifecycle solutions with a focus on delivering value, scalability, and exceptional user experience. Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking end-to-end ownership and proactively identifying opportunities for impact. Be deeply hands-on engaging with data, experimentation, product design, and delivery to ensure outcomes are met and drive merchant engagement. Hands on with tools like Amplitude, Tableau, SQL Queries, Excel and build hypothesis driven product development Develop and implement product-led growth strategies to drive self-serve adoption, engagement, and retention. Collaborate closely with enterprise platform teams to ensure architectural and capability alignment. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Analytics, and UX to deliver secure, compliant, and customer-centric solutions. Your way to impact You will conduct both primary and secondary customer research to inform product vision and strategy. Apply both first principles thinking and systems thinking to solve complex, multi-dimensional challenges. Work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones, driving alignment and execution in a distributed setup. Ensure products align to regulatory framework with the region and collaborate both legal and compliance subject matter experts Recent experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Agentic AI automation is an added advantage What do you need to bring- Minimum 10+ Years of software experience. At least 7+Yrs proven experience as a Product Manager Strong background in user experience design, onboarding, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive strategic initiatives. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with legacy system modernization and infrastructure improvements is a plus.
