Position: Java Developer Work Location: Kalyani Nagar (Pune) and Cyber Hub Gurgaon (At client office, 5 days work from office) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect to design, develop, and guide the implementation of enterprise-level Java applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software architecture, team leadership, and cutting-edge technologies, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure Java-based applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope. Architect solutions leveraging microservices, cloud platforms, and modern frameworks. Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Perform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose improvements. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Java development, with expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), and Hibernate. Proficiency in microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Experience in Architectural and Leadership role. Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex architectural challenges. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Certification in AWS/Azure solutions architecture
