We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design and implement advanced contact flows, specifically focusing on voicemail solutions without standard beep prompts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services , Amazon Connect , and Lambda integrations , and be able to customize call experiences based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage Amazon Connect contact flows. Implement voicemail solutions without the default beep , using custom prompts or recordings. Develop and deploy serverless applications for contact center automation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time call flows. Key Skills Required: Amazon Connect (Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues) AWS Lambda (Node.js / Python preferred) Experience in custom voicemail solutions Understanding of SIP , telephony basics , and voice UX Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certification (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate) Prior experience in call recording and playback customization
