The ideal candidate for this position should possess 8-10 years of experience, with a background in the Finance domain. Previous experience in a testing role within the finance sector, particularly in Prime Brokerage & Swaps, for at least 3 years is highly desirable. The candidate should have a proven track record of performing functional and Automation testing to evaluate accuracy, suitability, interoperability, functionality, and accessibility. Additionally, experience in non-functional testing for security, reliability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability is required. The candidate should have meaningful experience with at least one modern automation framework and be capable of performing regression testing for projects and products. Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle is essential. Knowledge of a modern programming language would be an added advantage. Strong API Automation and Back-End Automation experience is mandatory for this role. The candidate should also possess strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. In summary, the candidate should have a solid background in API Automation and Back-End Automation, along with experience in modern automation frameworks and regression testing.
