You are required for the position of Design Engineer at Vasai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, BE/DME. The salary for this position will be determined based on your interview performance or a hike on your current CTC. It is preferred that you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Oil/Gas industry. As a Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include creating 2D & 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Solid Works. You should possess knowledge of handling measuring instruments, GD & T, and various calculations related to design procedures, especially for pressure vessels. Familiarity with material grades, casting, forging, and heat treatment processes is essential. You should be able to calculate the finished weights of components and forged weights. Designing products for the Oil & Gas sector like Swivel Unions, Hammer Unions, Tees & Crosses, Valves & Valve Components will be part of your daily tasks. It is important that you are well-versed with standards like ISO, API 6A, and API 16C, and can face audits like ISO & API confidently. A good understanding of various standards used in the design and development process will be beneficial. In case of IT requirements, you should have expertise in 2D drawings & 3D modeling using AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Solid Works. This is a full-time position with a fixed shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred along with 3 years of experience in 2D & 3D AutoCAD, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, APIs, and the Oil & Gas industry. Proficiency in English is also preferred. Overall Purpose of the Job Responsible for Expros engineering activities relating to hydraulic controlled valves in a subsea and surface application. Undertake general Engineering tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager to enable the progress and completion of related projects. Key Activities and Accountabilities Produce relevant Engineering documentation in compliance with industry standards and Expros policies and procedures (design reviews, engineering reports, calculations, project specific scope of supply, P&ID’s design specs, test procedures, etc. Record Engineering documents into PDM system and configure as required. Actively participate in Engineering meetings/Design Reviews with internal and external clients and vendors. Liaise with other departments on work produced to ensure that all processes and procedures are followed. We are seeking a dedicated Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing equipment inventory, performing equipment assembly and disassembly, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications. This role requires a meticulous individual with strong technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory of incoming equipment and identify and update any shortages. Report deviations to the Operation Supervisor immediately. Disassemble equipment and prepare Assembly Data Sheets and work pack updates. Demonstrate expertise in the assembly and servicing of wireline, slickline, coil tubing, and control panels equipment according to engineering specifications. Apply knowledge of API 6A, 16A, BSEN, and ASME standards during equipment inspection. Perform equipment inspections using basic measuring instruments. Prepare for non-destructive testing (NDT) and phosphating, and coordinate with third-party services. Accurately identify new replacement parts and update them in Assembly Data Sheets (ADS) or Material Equipment Records (MER). Assemble equipment, ensuring visual and functional checks are completed before pressure testing. Prepare related documents for the pressure test. Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and service equipment when failures occur. Conduct final preparations for customer or rental equipment. Adhere strictly to company health, safety, environmental (HSE), and quality procedures. Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the oil & gas or industrial manufacturing sectors is preferred. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with pressure control equipment, including assembly and inspection.

Demonstrated experience in supporting engineering for surface projects constrained by safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements. Experience in reviewing & approving engineering designs, documents, layouts, calculations, and interpreting FEA/ structural analysis results. Strong knowledge of engineering discipline and physical modeling techniques (solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer) is required. Experience conducting design analysis - hoop stress, flexibility, buckling, burst, fatigue, etc. Work experience must include experience with API 6A, NACE MR 0175. Good to have knowledge for ASME, API 6FA, API 5CT, ASME 31.3 as it relates to surface equipment design and manufacturing. Exposure to various manufacturing processes - forging, hot and cold extrusion, cladding, HIP, induction bending etc. Exposure to welding codes and practices - ASME IX and API 1104.
