Job Description The Project Execution / Operations Engineer is responsible for delivering the order to the customer on time, on budget, and with the utmost quality. The Project Execution / Operations Engineer must work with the customer to define their requirements and satisfy them by meticulously planning, tracking, and verifying the execution of the numerous tasks required. The Project Execution / Operations Engineer assumes complete responsibility for project orders from the Internal Handover of the order through shipment and final documentation. •Assures the timely release of engineering documentation to fabricators to meet schedules- both initial submittals and the finalization of all outstanding documentation. also monitor and track the inventory at the fabricators place and provide the status to management periodically. Lead the Cross-functional team meetings for the Kick-off and Progress review of Project orders with Internal and External Stakeholders On-time Inspection notification to the customer upon discussion with JC quality & Fabricator planning. Awareness of fabrication/production activity (In-process, welding, Inspection, etc.) at the shop floor. Demonstrate ownership and accountability for total project execution performance & safety (project initiation to project completion) on all assigned projects. Review assigned orders to ensure that requirements are adequately defined and documented and identify any differences between the order. Generate the Project Execution plan (Procurement + Manufacturing) & accountable for the achievement of the project contractual specification and schedules. also, maintain the up-to-date status of assigned orders, communicate progress to customers via weekly/monthly reports, and facilitate the elimination of any barriers to on-time shipment. Shall be able to provide Heads-up to Sales Support and Fabricators based on the In-hand and upcoming Project orders. Work with Quality, sales & sales support, engineering, purchasing, finance, logistics & fabricators QA/AC production teams for complete, thorough and accurate information such as bills of material, pipe routing, schedules, material specifications, engineering documentation, buy-out item specifications, engineering changes, and supply of all documentation required to fulfill orders and QMS procedures. Ensure SAP BOM vs physical consumption BOM verification prior to GRN activity. Qualifications Experience 8-10 years Technical Skills Wet seal & dry seal systems application knowledge, ASME, API 682 & API 610 Manufacturing processes Communication, Team building

Documentation Engineer Responsibilities & Duties Provide end to end order engineering support as an Individual Contributor on assigned projects Create order review documentation, Prepare preliminary plan for engineering deliverable in line with project requirements Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and API references. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders. Work closely with global documentation & engineering teams for efficient execution of the projects. Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve documentation-related issues. Upgrade skillets with latest industry standards and best practices for technical writing, and continuously improve documentation processes and tools. Improve Quality of engineering deliverables (right the first time) and on time delivery Documentation Engineer Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in API 610 Centrifugal pump post order engineering function. Knowledge of Electric Motor, Mechanical Seal, Seal System, Coupling, Valves, JB etc. Strong understanding of technical writing and documentation standards Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently Ability to review technical specifications, engineering standards and produce associated design documentation Thorough knowledge of industry specifications such as API 610 / API 682 / ASTM codes etc and able to interpret and apply as required. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machine design, fluid mechanics, metallurgy etc Experienced in communication with Global clients is added advantage. Good spoken and written English skills, ability to make concise communication with clients Strong interpersonal skills for communicating thoughts and ideas. Team working ability and an attitude of collaboration, mentoring and flexibility. Ability to prioritize the tasks, and ownership of assigned projects Education and Experience Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in regular full-time course from recognized institute and university. 2+ years of experience in documentation of post order engineering of centrifugal pumps.
