Job Requirements Perform static & dynamic pipe stress analysis using software such as CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, or similar. Ability to evaluate/assess in- service high pressure /high temperature piping connected to Reactor, Heat exchanger, Air fin cooler, Tall process column, Fired heater, Hot pump, Centrifugal & Reciprocating compressor etc. Evaluate piping systems for slug, PSV thrust, wind/ seismic, and surge loading. Evaluate Piping vibrational assessment as per EI- guidelines. Familiar with Modal analysis and FIT/FIV/AIV study/screening methodology.
