Roles & Responsibilities: Design and layout of Box/Cabin/Vertical Heaters , stacks, and APH ducting. Mechanical & structural design calculations (using STAAD Pro ) for pressure parts and heater systems. Preparation and review of plot plans, GA, FLP, and fabrication drawings . Vendor document review for burners, thermocouples, fans, dampers, refractory , etc. Interpret API datasheets and P&ID for heater and APH systems. Ensure compliance with codes/standards like API 560, API 530, ASME, OISD, IBR , and IS codes. Participate in model reviews for fired heater packages.
