Job Title: Interior Designer Location: Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra Company: APGINTERIOR Experience Required: Fresher to 5 years experience Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: APGINTERIOR is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Interior Designer to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles and be passionate about developing functional and aesthetic spaces across residential, commercial, and landscape projects. As a consulting firm, our focus is on design strategy, client education, and concept development —not execution. You will be responsible for guiding clients with expert design advice, space planning, presentations, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct client meetings to understand project goals, requirements, and budgets Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visuals, and presentation materials using design software (Microsoft excel & AutoCAD/ SketchUp/3D max/ Photoshop, etc.) Provide material specifications, color schemes, and furniture layouts Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and external consultants as needed Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and design documentation for client reference Educate clients about design options and sustainable design practices Keep up with market trends, materials, and technologies in interior design Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, etc.) Strong visual and verbal communication skills Passion for design, creativity, and problem-solving Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn and grow What We Offer: A supportive and creative environment Opportunities to work on diverse projects in interiors, architecture, and landscaping Focus on learning, innovation, and professional development Mentorship and career growth, especially for fresh designers and interns Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: interior: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
