As a Senior Product Manager, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. The candidate will be responsible for customer/partner/SI engagements, driving collaborative programs alongside Cloud Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams, and supporting community outreach and enablement initiatives. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities : Build strong, trusted relationships with partners and customers by providing best practice guidance, enablement, and advice. Collaborate with the product development team to gather requirements and designs, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver value-driven solutions. Support internal and external customers throughout the journey from Proof of Concept to production deployment, offering hands-on guidance and follow-up. Assist existing customers in troubleshooting issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive support. Develop and maintain product collateral such as workshops, demos, and videos that communicate the value of new features. Monitor and respond to product-related queries in internal and external community forums. Facilitate education programs for partners and customers, including product workshops and refresher training sessions. Collaborate with pre-sales teams to promote and drive Oracle APEX adoption. Partner with successful customers to create compelling success stories and testimonials. Support internal teams with new sales efforts, customer expansion, and onboarding processes. Contribute to field, marketing, partner, customer, and community events to promote awareness and engagement. Act as a subject matter expert, balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders and business needs. Who you are: You have a complete understanding of Oracle APEX, and you have developed production systems at various scales. You have a full grasp of APEX functionality and also understand its gaps and deficiencies. You are enthusiastic about APEX and want to share it with the world! You have a natural ability to speak with developers, customers, and partners and help them solve their problems. You have an appreciation for data-first development and have a solid background in SQL and PL/SQL. You know the limitations of APEX and when it is appropriate to build third-party plug-ins or custom code, and when to stick within the platform.
