Your New Role : The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the planning and execution throughout the lifecycle of one or more software solutions within the Salesforce domain. Ensure compliance with WBD’s Software Development Lifecycle documentation and mandated compliance requirements for all application changes/upgrades Manage the backlog of user stories and product enhancements, prioritizing based on business impact. Stay updated with Salesforce releases, identifying how new features and capabilities can be leveraged within the organization. QUALITY ACCEPTANCE/TRAINING Facilitate the implementation and acceptance of new functionalities through detailed planning and rigorous testing. Prepare and document requirements, project plans, test plans, and training materials. Train business users across multiple departments, improving adoption and understanding of the Salesforce platform. BUSINESS SUPPORT Provide ongoing support and system enhancements to continually meet business needs.
