Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. This is a leadership role focused on designing scalable solutions, guiding technical teams, and partnering with clients to optimize business processes and drive digital transformation through Salesforce technologies. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance technical solutions. - Oversee system integration, custom development, and data migration efforts. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. - Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and system performance. - Conduct architecture reviews and provide strategic recommendations to improve platform usage. - Engage in solution workshops, client meetings, and presentations. - Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and new features to continually enhance system capabilities. Qualifications : - Minimum 8+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform. - At least 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architect role. - Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementation and optimization. - Strong background in solution architecture, system design, and integration patterns. - Experience in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. - Deep understanding of business process optimization and Salesforce best practices. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are highly preferred.
