The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OFS Cloud, API integrations, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and mobility services. Roles and Responsibilities : - Implement and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS), including scheduling, dispatching, and customer sign-off processes. - Develop and support OFS Core Modules, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle B2B Service. - Work on technical design and architecture for OIC-based integrations. - Develop and optimize REST and SOAP-based APIs for seamless communication between systems. - Configure and implement OFS UIs, mobility services, and Oracle Field Service Cloud Core Manager. - Provide ongoing support for OFS application sustainment and related project activities. - Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and business teams to align solutions with industry best practices. - Deliver high-quality presentations, demonstrations, and documentation on OFS Cloud solutions. - Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud security policies and standards. - Participate in business development efforts by supporting new opportunities and solution extensions.
