You will be responsible for supporting the implementation and optimization of solutions on Certinia. As a business partner to Avance stakeholders in Finance and Operations, you will provide training and support to optimize their use of Certinia. Your duties will include provisioning user accounts, licensing, roles, and permissions across business systems, as well as monitoring usage to ensure compliance with license allocations. You will manage support requests from inception to resolution, serving as the point of contact for all issues. Additionally, you will develop efficient platform solutions using flows, Lightning components, and APEX codes to address business problems. Ensuring the control and quality of data within assigned business systems will be part of your responsibilities. You will also set up and develop dashboards and reports as needed within business systems. Identifying system enhancements and advocating for their prioritization will be crucial. You will participate in User Acceptance Testing, conduct tests, provide feedback on results, and advocate for an optimal customer experience. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain documentation on Avance business processes and system architecture. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, write user stories, and prioritize them will be essential. Additionally, you will support the Salesforce Platform Lead in training and developing Avance employees, as well as in the development and maintenance of user documentation.
