It will be essential to transfer your knowledge and findings through reports, specifications, and educational programs, contributing to product and technology development projects and ensuring timely delivery within the budget. Building and expanding relationships with stakeholders, internal functions, Corporate Research Centers, and external relevant parties will also be part of your role. You will provide proposals for potential partnerships and serve as a valuable project member or leader, ensuring alignment with project goals in terms of time, cost, and quality. Actively participating in engineering networks, you will enrich your expertise and visibility within your targeted area. A solid understanding of the fundamentals of strength of materials and manufacturing technologies is essential. Proficiency in CAD modeling software such as CATIA, CREO, Solidworks, and Solidedge is required. Excellent teamwork abilities in international teams with strong interpersonal skills are necessary. Knowledge in ACT and APDL programming in Ansys will also be valued. Understanding the standard body of knowledge in the relevant technical field and the ability to utilize national standards and guidelines like EN, IEEE, and IEC are crucial. Experience in experimental stress analysis and structural testing is desired, along with project management skills. A willingness to work in remote and diverse environments and travel to factories when needed is expected. Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is a must.
