Designation: Managing Partner(MP) Job Description: The Managing Partner role is equal to a branch manager where the MP will manager APs [Agency Partners] who are on commission basis and APs in turn will recruitment Advisors / Agents & does business through them. The responsible is of hiring and mentoring Agency Partners with prime focus on driving AP earnings, team building and sales for the unit. The Managing Partners are Second in Command to Branch/Unit Managers and are expected to work with the Agency Partners with prime focus on driving the sales for the unit. a. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the Life Insurance industry with at least 2 MDRTs to his/her credit b. Candidates having experience in AGENCY PARTNER based insurance models such as Business mentor, Business Partner, CDA and BA will be preferred c. Candidate must preferably belong to the city/town for which the position is open d. The fixed CTC offered will range from 3.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA. Candidates may please be informed of this Minimum Criteria Minimum Exp: 3 yrs of Experience in Life Insurance in Agency Sales Maximum age: 40 Min Qualification: Graduate with 10th & 12th pass ¢ Number of less than 6 month tenures should not exceed 2 ¢ Candidate without job will not be shortlisted; candidate to be currently in job Preferred Criteria ¢ 4 or more years in life insurance ¢ BA/CDA/BM/BP ¢ MDRT/TOT/COT ¢ Candidates who have been promoted at least once in their past organizations ¢ Candidates from Bancassurance/ Non-Life insurance not preferable ¢ Candidate must preferably belong to the city/town for which the position is open The fixed CTC offered will range from 3.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA. he role will involve building a team of competent Managing Partners who in turn recruit & manage Agency Partner. Agency Partners will in turn build agency distribution by appointing Life advisors, develop LAs & achieve sales target through LAs The role involves providing inspirational leadership to the team, ensuring clear communication and execution of business strategies.
