Roles and Responsibilities- Recruiting: Organize and manage recruitment events for Partners & Advisors. Identify and onboard prospective Life Advisors (LAs) and Agency Partners (APs). Ensure a strong pipeline of potential candidates to expand the agency distribution network. Planning & Goal Setting: Conduct review discussions & wake-up meetings as required.
