The role includes: Managing complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates Sourcing candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, CWJobs, JobServe, Reed, TotalJobs, etc.), social media, databases, and referrals Building and maintaining strong working relationships with candidates and clients Submitting suitable profiles and ensuring timely feedback and coordination for interviews Understanding UK/EU employment laws, work permit requirements (Right to Work), and compliance matters Strategizing talent acquisition plans as per client needs and market trends Candidate Profile: Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate Experience: Prior recruitment experience (UK/Europe market preferred but not mandatory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of recruitment fundamentals and sourcing techniques Basic knowledge of UK/EU employment regulations and Right to Work rules is an added advantage Passionate about international recruitment and working with global clients
