Should possess programming knowledge of CNC punching, bending, and press shop Responsible to verify PNC, BND & Press machine utilization Coordinating the production in terms of man, machines & materials Plan & coordinate daily production to produce high-quality product Responsible to handle day-to-day part process production to achieve production targets & factory targets Responsible for the daily KPIs, production achievement rate, man-hour per unit & FTR Coordination with inter-departments for smooth execution of daily production Effective utilization of manpower, maximize productivity of machinery and workers Responsible for maintaining stock of PNC, BND, CRF & Press tools to improve parts process together with manufacturing engineering & tooling team Should be able to develop practices in terms of system improvements To control WIP (Work In Progress), productivity improvement & process improvement . Encourage safety & housekeeping practices and lead by example Responsible for clearing process rejections daily and improving to minimize cost per appliance; responsible for maintaining 5S on shopfloor Responsible for verifying and maintaining CTP/CTQ parameters Planning necessary maintenance activities (P.M.) and tooling grinding with minimum cost Responsible for SAP entry booking in system and material consumption as per BOM Should have knowledge of SAP and Excel
